In the upcoming winter term we offer the seminar "Selected Topics in Risk Management"

The seminar deals with the topic „Leveraging LLMs for Assessing the Compliance of Climate Commitments”.
Short description: This thesis will evaluate and compare the performance of open-source LLMs in answering climate-related compliance questions based on company disclosures. It will also test their ability to classify corporate climate commitments using predefined transition indicators, analyzing accuracy and consistency across models.
